With an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, Mike manages more than 100 employees and the daily operations at Ravitz Family Markets’ location on Union Mill Road in Mount Laurel. Mentoring younger employees is one of the most rewarding parts of his job, and he finds pleasure in helping others to grow professionally.

Mike started his retail career in 1985 as a cart boy, and he has held a variety of positions including  cashier, overnight grocery, grocery manager,  non-perishable manager, perishable manager, and operations manager.  Mike joined Ravitz Family Markets in 2000.

Mike graduated from Hamilton High School West and completed coursework at Mercer County Community College. He lives in Burlington Township with  his children Nicholas and Anna and his wife Laura.
