Training Manager

Marina has a long history with the ShopRite/Wakefern Cooperative. Her grandfather was the owner/operator of the Colligas Family ShopRite and Marina grew up in the supermarket business, stocking shelves, cake decorating and helping in the store since she was child. She left to attend school at Liberty University, obtained her bachelor’s degree and then went back to obtain her master’s degree in Human Resources. Marina served as HR director for Colligas Family Shoprite for 6 years and moved to Ravitz Family markets in 2026 when her family sold her family store to Wakefern Food Corp. She now serves as the training manager for our company.
