Atidze (TJ) Papraniku

Specialty Foods Manager
TJ immigrated to the United States as a teenager from Albania, and completed a six‑month course English Second Language (ESL) program to strengthen her communication skills. She started at A&P in Staten Island, NY, where she worked as a meat wrapper before relocating to New Jersey.
In 2008, she joined Ravitz ShopRite, starting as a meat wrapper, then a year later as Seafood Manager. She steadily advanced through multiple departments, including Kosher, Food Service, and Deli. Her diverse experience and leadership skills led to her current role as Specialty Foods Manager for the company.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, TJ enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, especially with her three children.
